The historic and charming Richmond Park and Kew Gardens are easily accessible. Chiswick House and grounds are nearby. All the favourite riverside places, like the Chiswick Mall, Dukes Meadows and Strand-on-the-Green, are only a short walk or sail away. Hyde Park Corner is no more than 15 minutes by car. The area is well served by good primary and secondary schools. There are a number of private schools in the vicinity.
